When will my order ship out?

All orders are aimed to be packed one day a week, and then shipped out within that week. Though sometimes it may take a bit longer since it’s just me running my shop. Thank you for your patience!




When will my order arrive?

Orders are all shipped from New York, U.S. After  you have received email confirmation that your order has shipped, your order should ideally arrive within 1-2 weeks if you are ordering within the U.S. 

If  you have been waiting longer than the above wait time and your package still hasn’t arrived, please let me know via email and we can figure out a solution.




Do you accept returns/refunds/exchanges/cancellations?

Unfortunately, I cannot accomodate returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Also, once an order has shipped, it can no longer be altered or cancelled. Please make sure shipping information is correct and complete before placing your order. Please double-check that everything is correct before placing your order! Thank you for understanding!




I didn’t receive an order confirmation email!

Please try checking your junk/spam folder, sometimes it may end up there. If it’s not there, please let me know via email so I can help you with that. 




I’m missing something in my order!

Aah, I’m sorry, that’s my mistake! Please reach out to me via email, so I can ship out your missing items promptly.




My package is damaged or missing!

Firstly, I’m sorry to hear that :/. I do everything on my end to ensure that my orders are packed securely, but unfortunately, once they are shipped out, it’s truly out of my hands.

Regardless, if your order has been damaged in transit, or if  your package still hasn’t arrived after 3 weeks and you believe it may be lost in the mail, please let me know via email, and I can help work out a solution with you. If your package truly is missing, it would most likely be sent back to me.




Do you ship outside of the U.S.? 

No, sorry. For now, I’m starting small and only shipping within the U.S. Though, I do hope to expand to more countries as my artshop grows!
